Damian McCormick

Damian graduated from Queens University Belfast in 1981 and founded the firm D.G.McCormick & Co in 1985. He qualified as an Advanced Advocate in 2000 and a NI Law Society-trained mediator in 2014. Damian has significant experience in all aspects of litigation and has acted for many private clients in civil litigation cases.
Damian is a former President of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal

He acts in both the High Court and the County Court for both plaintiffs and defendants in relation to cases involving a wide variety of claims including high value and complex physical and psychological injury claims, road traffic accidents, medical negligence and public liability issues. Damian acts for a number of local developers in commercial and residential acquisitions, disposals and developments.
